Dismissed or Not Guilty Because a Victim of Identity Theft

In order to qualify to petition for an expungement based on Charges Dismissed - Identity Theft, you must answer Yes to all of the following questions:

Was the charge dismissed, conviction set aside, or were you found not guilty?

Was your identity used without your knowledge?
