Do I Qualify for Expungement?
- You had a Misdemeanor Conviction When Under Age 18
- You had a Misdemeanor Possession of Alcohol Under Age 21
- You had either Deferred Prosecution, Charges Dismissed or Not Guilty
- Charges against you were Dismissed or Not Guilty Because a Victim of Identity Theft
What Happens Next?

Expungement Checklist
Once the application has been completed, and the Order entered by a judge, the order is sent to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), where a number of checks and investigations are performed. The SBI could take as little as 2 months, or as long as 6 months before verifying the order of expungement.
