Misdemeanor Conviction When Under Age 18

In order to qualify to petition for an expungement based on a Misdemeanor Before 18, you must answer Yes to all of the following questions:

Did you plead guilty to or were you found guilty of a misdemeanor?

Was it your first conviction?

Were you under 18 at the time of conviction?

Have you paid all fines and/or restitution?

Have you had two years of good behavior following the conviction?

Is this your first expungement?

Please note that qualifying to petition for an expungement is not a guarantee of being granted one. There are still more steps to follow before a judge even reviews your petition.
