Misdemeanor Possession of Alcohol Under Age 21

In order to qualify to petition for an expungement based on a Possession of Alcohol Under 21, you must answer Yes to all of the following questions:

Did you plead or were you found guilty?

Was it your first conviction?

Were you under 21 at the time of conviction?

Have you paid all outstanding fines and/or restitution?

Have you had two years of good behavior following the conviction?

Is this your first expungement?
