Appeals Court Hearing Cases at Wake Forest Law School.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals is bringing the legal system home for law students at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Two cases will be covered, State vs. Veazey, and State v. Simonovich. State v. Veazey is a traffic checkpoint case, and State v. Simonovich is a second-degree murder case, involving a man charged with killing his wife.
