James M. C. Green
Mr. Green concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, especially in the areas of environmental and intellectual property law, patent prosecution/litigation and medical malpractice/wrongful death.
Mr. Green graduated from Rutgers School of Law with Honors, where he served as the Research and Writing Editor on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was a three-year member of Phi Delta Phi, the legal honor society. Mr. Green is a U.S.P.T.O Registered Patent Attorney, who has previous experience in biology, chemical engineering, stable isotope biology and toxicology. Mr. Green received the Pro-Bono Award at graduation for his pro-bono work in Federal Income Tax preparation and Bankruptcy. He was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, Environmental Law Society and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Green was a research editor for the Animal Legal and Historical Web Center in 2005, publishing an article, International Trade in Wild-Caught Reptiles.
