Ms. Coleman maintains her independent practice of Law in Kernersville North Carolina. She focuses her practice on Mediation and civil litigation matters.

Ms. Coleman affiliated as an "Of Counsel" attorney with the Dummit Law Firm to assist in Civil Litigation while maintaining her mediation practice independently from the Firm.

Ms. Coleman has over 20 years of civil trial experience. She is a graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and initially practiced in Texas upon licensure. Ms. Coleman represented insurance companies exclusively during the first thirteen years of her legal career. She continued working with and representing insurance companies and corporations when she moved her practice and her family to North Carolina more than six years ago, with a focus on nursing home and medical negligence cases, product liability and workers' compensation matters.

She has been involved in dozens of jury trials involving bodily injury from automobile accidents, unsafe premises, work related injuries, insurance bad faith and other types of wrongful conduct. She has extensive experience appearing before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, District and Superior Courts, as well as the Court of Appeals. She is also an experienced mediator, being certified to conduct mediations of cases pending in Superior Court and the North Carolina Industrial Commission.

Ms. Coleman is licensed in North Carolina and all United States District courts in NC. She has also practiced in Middle District North Carolina Bankruptcy Court.
