Juli Blair
Juli joined the firm in 2011. As Client Relations Manager, she is here to make sure all clients have an experience that is as smooth and as pleasant as possible. From the first phone call until the final statement, she takes pride in providing clients with a more personal side to the firm. Juli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from High Point University and is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal. Juli is a member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association. A native of Maryland, she currently resides in the Triad with her family, where they stay active with family and community involvement.
Melissa Cintron
Melissa joined The Dummit Law Firm in August of 2011. She graduated from King's College with an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is also currently attending Strayer University to complete a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Melissa was born and raised in Charlotte, NC although her family is originally from Puerto Rico. She worked two years as a legal assistant/ receptionist at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office before joining the firm. She is the Paralegal for the Charlotte office and is responsible for all client's files and financial statements. She also provides receptionist duties to the office and is bilingual. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and the performing arts.
Veronica Diaz
Veronica joined the firm in 2010. She holds an Associates Degree in Arts and Science from Davidson County Community College. Veronica is fully bilingual and a receptionist at the Dummit Law Firm. Although her job involves many things her primary responsibility is ensuring that attorneys and clients communicate efficiently.
Sally M. Greer
Sally joined The Dummit Law Firm in 2004. Sally is a Certified Paralegal with the North Carolina State Bar with fifteen years of experience handling pre-litigation and litigation cases. Her main areas of concentration include Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Family Law. Sally lives in King with her family. In her free time, Sally enjoys music, the outdoors and caring for her animals.
Ashley McCracken
Ashley joined The Dummit Law Firm in 2011. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in History from UNC-Greensboro. Although she is originally from West Palm Beach, FL she was primarily raised in Winston Salem, NC. Ashley is the Accounts Manager for the law firm, as well as a paralegal in the firm's civil litigation practice. As a paralegal, Ashley focuses on the areas of Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and taking care of animals.
Raheem Reaves
Raheem joined the firm in 2011. He is a graduate of Kings College with an Associate's degree in Legal Administration. Raheem is a receptionist with many duties and responsibilities, but his primary responsibility is ensuring clients have a clear path of communication with attorneys.
Blanca Rodriguez
Blanca joined The Dummit Law Firm in November 2008. She graduated from GTCC with an Associate Degree in Office Systems Technology. Blanca is fully bilingual and is one of the Spanish interpreters for the firm. Blanca is the Criminal Systems Manager at the firm and her goal is to ensure that our clients are treated with care, compassion and efficiency and to make certain that their experience at the law firm is as pleasant as possible, no matter the circumstances.
Paula M. Shaver
Paula joined The Dummit Law Firm in 2003. As the Administrative Manager of the office, Paula's primary job consist of advertising for both firm locations, managing the cash flow and day to day operations of the office. Paula has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Technology from Forsyth Technical Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Guilford College. She was born and raised in Winston-Salem and volunteers with the Children's Home in her spare time.
